Destiny

Hi! My name is Destiny Rodden. I am 31 years old and reside in Missouri, where I have lived most of my life. I have 3 beautiful kids,(Dylan 9,Taylor 3, Mckinley 2) and have been married to my husband for almost 10 years. I do daycare in my home to be with my kids.I enjoy going to all of my sons sporting events, photography, camping, and spending time with my family and scrapping of course.Sometimes I think I am more of a scrapbook collector.

I have been scrapbooking for 9 years now. Scrapbooking to me is a passion and a creative outlet that allows me to preserve memories for future generations. I want the "small" stuff to be remembered.

I had just started scrapbooking and I was on bed rest with my son, so during that time I asked my mom to find old family photos so that I could organize them. Anyway what I found out was there were almost no photos of my childhood. I was so sad, and vowed to fully document my children’s lives. From that goal scrapbooking became far more than just a hobby I wanted my kids to know everything there was to know about their childhood and where they came from.

My style sometimes is to do simple pages with several photos or sometimes I do pages with one photo and all kinds of embellishments.This hobby is so rewarding and I have met so many friends. It helps keep me sane.

I am honored to be a Design Team member for Scrappers Domain and to be among such talented women. I look forward to sharing my ideas with you! Thanks Debi for having me.

Hello! My name is Kelli. I have been married to my wonderful husband, Mike, for 12 years. We have 5 children. Our children range in age from 22-32 years of age. I have 11 grandchildren. My grandchildren are the light of my life. (They are so much more fun than our children were. Haha.)

I have been scrapbooking for 15+ years. I have always been a "crafty" person. Always trying a new craft...but scrapbooking has become my passion. I absolutely LOVE scrapbooking.

I met Debi about four years ago and we became fast friends. She is just as crazy about acrapbooking as I am. When Debi asked me to be on the design team, I was thrilled. I look forward to meeting all of you and can't wait to do the scrapbooking challenges and layouts with you.

Hello, fellow scrappers,
Here is a little background on myself. I have been married to my High School sweetheart for 35years. We have three grown sons. The oldest is the only son married and has four children.
I started scrapping about 8 years ago. My Granddaughter Tori went to a friend's house, and her friend's mother had them do a layout of their little get-together. I loved it so much, when I was asked to go to a Creative Memories crop, I did.. Needless to say I was hooked, within the first week, I had signed up and become a CM Consultant. I mainly sold the stuff just to fund my own habit. I stopped selling CM about three years ago. Fortunately I remembered to stock up on everything before I stopped. Needless to say, I have been a scrapaholic ever since.
My favorite thing to scrap is Heritage photos. Christmas, and especially Grandchildren. I would list my favorite scrapping items, but who are we kidding a true scrapper, has to have it all.
For the most part, I have always been a stay at home Mom/Nonnie. I have always loved crafts. I love to cross -stitch. I do enjoy reading, but since scrapping, I have not done anything else but scrap.
I am truly looking forward to working with these talented women. We have a wonderful Design team here, always trying to share ideas and help in anyway they can

We are sad to say Pat has left our Design Team. We will miss her and her beautiful creations.

Hi, my name is Sharon, better known here as scrap-mouse.

My dear husband and I have been married for twenty six years. We have been blessed with four beautiful children. Rachel is home from at college this year working at a bank. Eric is a high school senior at a local Christian school. Sarah is a homeschooled high school sophmore and our "baby" Joshua is in eighth grade at another local Christian school.

My faith has always played an important part in my life. I was raised in a Christian home with one brother who is three years younger than I. I made a personal commitment to Jesus when I was eleven and have tried to live that life daily.

I started scrapbooking when Rachel was in eighth grade because she wanted to do a scrapbook about her last year at the Christian school she was attending. I had no idea what was involved or how addicting this would become for me. About the same time, a friend of mine started selling Creative Memories and invited me to her first show. Well, that clinched it! I was hooked. In the past six years, my style has evolved from a very simple three pictures, a border, two triangles and a sneeze of stickers to one filled with ribbons, rub-ons, brads and patterned paper.

Scrapbooking has become my passion. I love putting a layout together, matching colors and embellishments to add that little something extra to the pictures. Of course, the pictures remain the most important part of my layouts, so my photography skills have grown as well. My poor children are used to Mom having the camera almost permanently attached to the end of her arm. I know that they someday will be glad to have all of their activities and personalities captured in books.

Scrapping takes a lot of my "me" time, but I also enjoy reading, music, camping and going to our cabin with my family. I also spend many hours on the sidelines at various soccer, basketball and baseball games since my boys play these sports. I also attend many choir concerts where my children perform. Besides my husband and children, our home is filled with other critters which include 2 white German shepherds, and a grey tabby cat.

I look forward to my DT time on this site. There are many wonderful, loving and talented women here to share the journey!

Hello everyone! My name is Sherry and I'm a 42 year old Mom of 1 son, Beau age 24, who is currently serving in the Army and is stationed in Ft. Drum, NY and 2 girls, Amber 19 & Olivia 17 who are at home and a grandson, Tegan, who is 4. My husband, Danny, and I have been married almost 19 years. After spending much of the time since the girls were born at home because of their disabilities, I took a job 3 years ago at a Mother's Day Out program thru a local church teaching pre-schoolers. We follow a faith based program and I love the time I spend with the children. This job works perfectly for me and the girls because when they are out of school so am I.
Scrapbooking is a favorite hobby along with genealogy and my love for decorating/organizing shows and magazines.
